I disagree. The degree to which Rick Scott claimed to support Medicaid expansion vs. how much he actually exercised his influence in order to effect the results of the House vote on it is a crucial contemporary issue in Florida public policy. If Scott didn’t even talk to Crisafulli about it, it’s probably fair to assume he didn’t talk to many others about it either.
