Fort Lauderdale blew an opportunity to move into the final spot in the NASL Championship losing to Minnesota United 5-2 Saturday night at Lockhart Stadium. The Strikers created a multitude of good chances but were just easily opened up by the Loons. Tampa Bay lost 2-0 in Jacksonville to the Armada who this past week had made a coaching change. Despite the loss, Tampa Bay remains two points ahead of Fort Lauderdale in the race for the final spot in the NASL Championship. Both sides have six games remaining. You guys were way too optimistic after this game. Like the analysis but focusing on “positives” after that disgrace really shows that Kartik’s slavish loyalty to this ownership group and friends in the front office knows no bounds.
