We will wait until seeing the detailed results to comment on methodology and analyze the results but the much anticipated poll has been released, showing Scott leading Crist and Wylie by a spread of 41-36-6. This continues a trend in recent polls that has shown a growing lead for Governor Scott.

Albion Florida – Coming Soon

Thank you Nan Rich and progressive choice for slandering Governor Crist in concert with the Scott Republicans.
These attacks worked as a Rick Scott, a common criminal who should be behind bars and was dead politically before progressive choice began its campaign to weaken Crist.

Adam Smith and the Times are actively pulling for Scott so I wouldn’t put any stock in this poll, Kartik.

One would have to be a true moron to vote for Charlie Crist.

What would that make someone who votes for a sociopath like Rick Scott?

Between Obama’s problems and Crist’s failure to get people to trust him this is probably going to be a Scott win. Wylie in the race helps Crist as this poll shows. In a two way race, Scott’s lead grows even larger.

This handwringing has to stop! We are at where we’re at so let’s just work the problem in front of us. CC is our nominee get over it. Florida Democrats may not trust him and he is an opportunist but he’s not the malevolent dark-hearted figure Scott is. Let’s just help him pull this off, ok? There will plenty of time after the election to carp and complain!

Just suck it up this time, vote for Crist, and next time you can run a real progressive.
Or you could vote for Wyllie who hasn’t flip-flopped on his support of socially progressive positions.

This poll is garbage.
Does not account for increased turnout due to pot amendment and increased black turnout because of Obama’s relationship with Crist.
Then again the times is trying to destroy Crist do now wonder they would stack a poll.

I agree with the reader that says this poll is garbage. It is worse than that. It is so obviously biased that I would be ashamed to have my name associated with it. Does anyone expect Scott to keep his promises on increased funding for education? Did Scott’s job’s performance have anything to do with what he did or simply having the benefit of the improving US economy. The most egregious thing is the make up of the voter population in the poll (R – 35%; D – 30%; Independents – 26%) Dem’s have a 500,000 registered voter advantage state wide; my 5th grade math tells me there is a significant bias to the survey.

The Times is strongly anti-Crist and has skewed the sample. We have more Ds in Florida than Rs. No democrats will support Scott. Crist is +7 among independents.
I would urge people to stop reading the Times.. I would also state that this website has been guilty of raising support for Rick Scott through advocacy of Nan rich and progressive choice. The Rich campaign was nothing more than a stalking horse for Rick Scott to weaken Charlie for the general.

Why vote between 2 known liars? Florida, we are fortunate enough not to
be stuck picking one liar or the other this time. We actually have an
alternative. Take advantage of the opportunity. Adrian Wyllie deserves
my vote. He is a honest average Floridian just as you and I , that is
willing to stand up and do something for the interest of all of us here
in Florida. The other candidates both Republican and Democrat are owned
and controlled by special interest, like puppets and will lie to your
face to gain your vote, then continue the same old agenda that we
complain about year after year. Time to get off this merry-go-round,
election after election, thinking it will be any different. Take a
stand, vote for the candidate that loves this state and is willing to
take time out of his life, effort and money to SERVE the people of
Florida and stop voting for these ‘paid for’ career politicians that are
only out for money and fame and have zero interest in us Floridians.
Even if it’s just for honesty alone, vote for Adrian Wyllie instead of
the other two (Scott/Crist) which are proven liars. The choice is yours
and yours alone, if you want the same old corruption and slap in the
face, go ahead and vote for one of the two puppets (Scott/Crist) OR do
what is right for our (yours and your children’s) future and vote for
Adrian Wyllie. Support him by donating to his campaign, spreading the
word and contribute to the super brochure program which I think is very
powerful. Visit his website today

Sure waste your vote for Wyllie, from the party that wants to end social security, is against gun regulation and regulation for off shore drilling. That’s exactly what will put RS back in for four more years.
