This tweet from former State Rep. J.C. Planas is spot on. DeSantis unlike Governor’s of the past who wore a shirt with the state seal on it in emergency relief efforts, is wearing a shirt with his campaign logo! Why this isn’t a bigger deal, I cannot fathom. It’s a clear violation of campaign finance rules and possibly has other legal exposure?
