This weekend we’re going to go through the extensive list of domestic flight cuts from Florida that have been loaded for the summer – it’s quite depressing and we’re still working on accumulating the list.
But in a piece of good news, Norse Atlantic, a new startup Norwegian carrier we mentioned setting up a US HQ in Florida last October will begin service to the Sunshine State (as well as to Los Angeles and New York-JFK) in June.
Fort Lauderdale-Oslo nonstops will be flown three times weekly on a 787 Dreamliner starting June 18 and Orlando-Oslo will also be flown three times a week on a 787 beginning July 5.
