So basically looking at this, from a Florida perspective outside Fort Lauderdale (FLL) and maybe Orlando (MCO), this proposed merger is pro-competitive. A total of nine routes overlap outside of ones that touch FLL or MCO. This overlap is far less worrying, again outside FLL than the already agreed upon Frontier/Spirit merger.
