When the Miami Dolphins and Relevant Sports announced El Clasico Miami earlier this year ,it was nearly impossible to understand the demand for tickets and media access. Demand for media access to the match and the events around the match have been high as the match which takes place Saturday has proven to be a major tourist boon for the region.
The official match broadcaster ESPN is providing what one source at the network called “Super Bowl like wraparound coverage,” of what is the first El Clasico game between Real Madrid and FC Barcelona to be contested outside Spain in nearly 30 years.

In addition to ESPN’s extensive wall-to-wall coverage media from Europe and South America in addition to many of the usual American-based reporters have descended on south Florida to cover this week’s festivities. It’s worth noting that these two sides will face each other again twice in August in the Spanish Supercopa, a matchup which was determined after the announcement of this match in Miami.
Why are you feeding the monsters who charge $500 for tickets?
I thought your focus was local grassroots soccer throughout the state.
Screw this rape of fans by pulling at our heartstrings.
Stephen Ross is a HUGE Republican by the way.
Don’t waste your time!
