The 60-day Florida Legislative Session begins tomorrow. We had planned to spend this past weekend and today previewing the session  but instead were overtaken by events in Ukraine which has taken up the bandwidth of most of our writers. However, TFS’ Ryan Ray is at the Capitol today for committee meetings and will be following the opening days of session for us with extensive coverage here at TFS. We apologize for not delivering on the level of coverage we had hoped to bring, but important events halfway around the globe changed our plans. As a political blog we aim to remain as nimble and versatile as possible and we were forced to change focus this weekend with the Russian invasion of Crimea and what many of our writers believe must be a firm US response.
