Marco Rubio may be taking it on the chin from some conservatives over immigration but he reminded Pasco County Republicans how extreme he is on fiscal issues and his admiration for Reagan in his speech yesterday.

As someone who worked in Tallahassee while Rubio was a junior member of the House, but was obviously being fast-tracked for stardom, the Reagan references and talk of free-enterprise harkens me back a decade when Rubio was consistently link Democrats to socialists and imply if you weren’t a Reaganite you could not possibly love America the way he does. Tried and tired old losing rhetoric spewing once again from our junior US Senator.
