Anybody who has watched the critically acclaimed documentary Gasland knows what a threat fracking poses. Unfortunately, ALEC the most influential body on the Florida Legislature has once again asserted its will and we have a dangerous fracking bill on the House floor today.
This is a model bill distributed both by (ALEC), as first revealed by The New York Times in April 2012, and the Council of State Governments (CSG), as first revealed here on DeSmogBlog.

The scumbag tells everyone he is a consultant for an energy company. He probably was promised a job by Cheney or Alec after session to sponsor the bill. That way he can move on to the drums instead of signing cover band songs. He is AWFUL! Too bad his term is 4 years. We needed Bernard or someone else.
