Tropical Storm Debby remains a Tropical Storm as of the 5pm EDT advisory. The center of the storm is about 125 miles SW of Cedar Key. Hurricane Warnings have been extended west in the Big Bend region. Tropical Storm force winds have been sustained in Pinellas, Pasco and Sarasota counties already as the storm parallels Florida’s west coast.
