The GOP will do exactly what it’s done in the past two elections: nominate someone who runs completely against what the people want in Washington. At the peak of America’s disapproval of the Iraq war, they nominate a war hawk. After the financial crisis and bailouts, when people hated Wall Street cronyism the most, they nominated a Wall Street crony!
However, It should be said that Obama turned out to feed the wall street cronies just as much as anyone else and was quite a hawk himself.
