The Florida Squeeze will be issuing a progressive scorecard based exclusively on votes we “score” in the upcoming weeks. Additionally, we’d like to take reader nominations for the following awards:
1- Best progressive in House
2- Best progressive in Senate
3- Most bi-partisan Republican in House
4- Most bi-partisan Republican in Senate
5- Most effective leader in Democratic Caucus (House or Senate)
6- Biggest hypocrite in legislature (this will be tough no doubt)
7- Any readers choice recommended awards

What about biggest pile of garbage? Katie Edwards is my nominee. Bad on the environment, votes against gays and others facing discrimination in the workplace, won’t even discuss her votes with people who disagree with her afterward-can you say blocked on Facebook? Oh and the loser didn’t even pass a bill! Lets make nice to the Rs why don’t we?
