Avelo Airlines which recently announced new service to Lakeland and which has a growing presence in the Sunshine State will launch Miami flights in June.

Beginning June 9, Avelo will fly Orlando-Miami once weekly. This appears to be a repositioning flight from Avelo’s Orlando base to Miami for charter flights to the Caribbean. However, the flight is for sale and bookable.
